Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
For one-time services — no contract at all. The Entry Stack has no minimum term — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Foundation, Operator, and Growth Stacks have a 3-month minimum so we have enough time to build, launch, and show you real results. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What's the difference between the Entry Stack and the Foundation Stack?
The Entry Stack is designed for businesses that are completely new to AI and want to start with the two highest-ROI tools available — a CRM and an AI chat assistant — at the lowest possible commitment. The Foundation Stack is the full communication and lead capture system: it adds missed call text-back, review management, online booking, invoicing, and a professionally hosted website. Think of Entry as your first step, and Foundation as your full operating baseline.

Every new client gets a free 30-minute deep-dive call where we map your current operations, identify your top 3 automation opportunities, and put together a written roadmap with ROI estimates. How quickly can you get a Stack live?
The Entry Stack is live within 14 days. Foundation and Operator typically take 14–30 days depending on the integrations involved. Growth Stack and Enterprise are scoped individually. Setup includes configuration, integration with your existing tools, and staff training.
What if I just want one specific automation built?
That's exactly what the Agent Setup services are for. You pick the specific workflow or AI agent you want built, we build it and train your team, and you're done — no retainer required. A lot of clients start here and add the retainer later once they see the results.
Can I upgrade from the Entry Stack to a higher tier later?
Absolutely — and that's the most common path. Everything you've built in the Entry Stack carries forward. Your contacts, conversation history, chat assistant, and integrations all migrate seamlessly. Upgrades take effect on your next billing cycle with no disruption to your current setup.
Is the $175/hr advisory rate going up?
Yes — the advisory rate is $175/hr through the end of 2026. On January 1, 2027 it moves to $250/hr. Book before then if you want to lock in the current rate.
